The weekend features an Opening Ceremony at 11 a.m. Friday, live music from national and regional artists, family activities, local vendors, food, educational exhibits, and a fireworks finale at 9:30 p.m. Friday night. Hours: Fri 11 a.m.–11 p.m., Sat noon–11 p.m., Sun noon–8 p.m. In 2026 the celebration converges with Sail250 Virginia and the 50th Norfolk Harborfest on the same waterfront.
