Juneteenth Norfolk returns to Town Point Park on the Downtown Norfolk Waterfront June 19-21, 2026 as part of a historic convergence with Sail250 Virginia and the 50th Annual Norfolk Harborfest. The free, family-friendly celebration brings live music, cultural performances, vendors and food along the Elizabeth River, with the Parade of Sail bringing international tall ships into view during the weekend.
