The Mr. and Mrs. Juneteenth Pageant is a centerpiece of the 6th Annual Planning District 16 Juneteenth Celebration. A $1,500 scholarship is presented to each pageant winner. The pageant is part of the family-friendly event at North Stafford High School, which also features vendors, food trucks, a family fun zone, and live entertainment.
