About This Event
Juneteenth Norfolk takes over the Downtown Norfolk Waterfront for three full days, June 19–21, with free, open-to-the-public programming at Town Point Park. The weekend features an Opening Ceremony at 11 a.m. Friday, live music from national and regional artists, family activities, local vendors, food, educational exhibits, and a fireworks finale at 9:30 p.m. Friday night. Hours: Fri 11 a.m.–11 p.m., Sat noon–11 p.m., Sun noon–8 p.m. In 2026 the celebration converges with Sail250 Virginia and the 50th Norfolk Harborfest on the same waterfront.
