Hosted by the CenTex African-American Chamber of Commerce, Waco's Juneteenth Parade kicks off at 10 a.m. at Heritage Square and travels Washington Avenue and Elm Avenue to the former Paul Quinn College campus, connecting downtown and East Waco. The parade draws thousands and is followed by community festivities throughout the day.
