The City of Cleveland Heights, in partnership with Djapo Cultural Arts Institute, hosts an annual Juneteenth Celebration at Cain Park on June 13, 2026. The 2026 theme is 'Rooted in Freedom, A Legacy in Liberation.' Programming includes live bands, African dance and drum performances, spoken word, interactive stations, re-enactments of Juneteenth history, and a traditional libation ceremony.
