The 23rd Annual Sacramento Juneteenth Festival kicks off Friday, June 19 with 'Gospel Under the Stars' (6-9 p.m.) followed by the main festival Saturday, June 20 at William Land Park. Two stages of live entertainment, the Juneteenth Parade, health/wellness row, arts and educational theater, fashion show, talent show, food and ware vendors.
