Juneteenth Oregon presents Portland's signature Juneteenth festival at Lillis-Albina Park. The day kicks off with a vibrant parade at 11 AM starting from Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School and concluding at the park, followed by the festival from noon to 7 PM. Attendees enjoy food vendors, cultural exhibitions at the history tent, raffles, a children's play area, and live music with performances curated in partnership with PDX Jazz.
