Atlanta History Center hosts a Juneteenth celebration featuring connections with community groups across the city, opportunities for youth empowerment and civic involvement, and a vendor market with vinyl, music-inspired goods, and local finds. The event highlights the latest addition to the Gatheround: Stories of Atlanta exhibit, which tells the story of the Atlanta Student Movement. Activities include creating shakers and rattles rooted in the African diaspora. Part of the History Center's Civic Season programming.
